Passholder Benefits

Choose from the following monthly billing (effective April 1, 2026):

$99.95/month Player Development Program (PDP) range passholder. Includes unlimited use of the driving range and practice areas. Green fees discounted 20% off of the regular public rate anytime Monday-Friday and after 12:00 Saturday-Sunday. A one-time initiation fee of $100 + tax will be due at sign up. Book tee times up to 3-days in advance.

$300/month Weekday Individual Passholder* (unlimited range, golf, and cart Monday – Thursday) Friday-Sunday range usage and green fees discounted 20% off of the regular public rate after noon.

$400/month Individual Passholder*

$500/month Family Passholder*

*Individual 7-Day, and Family passes include unlimited golf and range balls 7 days a week, 14-day advance tee time booking, and 20% off apparel purchases. A one-time initiation fee equal to 1 month membership + tax will be due at sign up. All monthly passholder rates do not include tax.

For all monthly memberships a 30-day minimum commitment is required. Membership billing is conducted on the 1st of each month, and continues on a month to month basis. A cancellation form must be emailed or turned in to the pro shop at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled billing. Forms submitted mid month will be billed on the 1st of the following month, with the membership then terminated on the last day of that month. Forms may be picked in the pro shop or printed using the download link below.

You do not have to be a resident of Atascocita to become a member, anyone can join. A credit card must be kept on file for automatic monthly billing.
